Does someone constantly make scenes, humiliate you, or blame you for everything? Maybe they destroy your dignity and self-esteem? Make you feel worthless? You need to know that this is also called "psychological abuse". In Poland, it can lead to 6 months to 5 years in prison, or even 10 if the perpetrator is especially cruel. (How about your country?)
If someone persecutes or intimidates you, try to collect evidence. Record conversations preferably with a voice recorder, and also take photos and videos. Keep a diary and record your explanations on a voice recorder. This may help you in the future.
The cases we handle are extremely delicate. You don’t have to notify the police! The police do not need to bother or annoy you. If you collect sufficient evidence and decide to take this step, send it to the local prosecutor. It’s really that simple.

and building awareness of human rights.
* Building a coalition of good - Engaging authorities and media figures to publicize the problem, cooperating with institutions, and creatin
safe support groups for victims.
POSITIVE INFLUENCE PLAN ON THE ABUSER:
The Foundation invites experienced police psychologists "off hours", crisis intervention specialists, and experts with field experience, who want to genuinely help victims outside rigid bureaucratic frameworks.
The goal is “soft intervention” and mediation in delicate, difficult, and complex situations. We are looking for people who can assess risk, support the victim, and possibly influence the perpetrator carefully and skillfully to protect the family from potential legal proceedings.
Compensation? The Foundation guarantees payment for each consultation. The program is funded by the Foundation. Rates are set individually depending on the scope of work and current possibilities of the Foundation.
Why is it worth it? The Foundation gives freedom to act and real impact on the health and safety of people without filling piles of unnecessary reports. Ladies and Gentlemen, you decide what to say on TV, radio, and what gets printed in newspapers or online. Please help. The problem we ask you to face is enormous. Abuse is the foundation of eastern culture and many others. This is very wrong, and it’s time we start helping each other instead of only competing and destroying others through threats and fear.
Consider why abuse in Russia is hardly punished? Either such phenomena do not exist there, or Russians culturally accept and bless abusing others. Given Russia’s size and influence worldwide, fighting hidden and secret abuse may feel like fighting windmills. Especially since no windmills are visible, while people experience psychological pain, suffering, and fear privately and alone.
However, there is goodness in each of us and the will to help others. If this good unites, together we can identify wrongdoers and ensure they face justice for what they do to others. We kindly ask that goodness prevails in your hearts and people of goodwill unite to fight forces of evil and darkness currently dominating the world. It is worth fighting and protecting freedom and safety because FREEDOM AND SAFETY ARE THE OXYGEN FOR LIFE, and intimidation and abuse are clear signs of prolonged agony of people who do not know how to help themselves or even that they need help.
By helping victims of psychological abuse, you also help perpetrators, giving the system a chance to rehabilitate them or redirect them from the wrong path they took out of weakness or ignorance. You don’t have to be perfect to avoid being evil, exploiting opportunities, or depriving others for self-interest.
